Beyhaven Beyblade Shop Refund Policy

At Beyhaven, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Beyblade products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to address these situations:

1. Defective or Midfake Products:

  • If you receive a Beyblade product that is defective or identified as a midfake, we will offer you a 100% refund.
  • No returns are required for defective or midfake products. Simply contact our customer support team within one week of receiving the product, and we will initiate the refund process.

2. Returns with Refund:

  • Returns with refunds will be accepted within one week (7 days) of the product's delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return with a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
    • The product must be in its original condition and with all original packaging and accessories included.
    • The product must not show signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage.
    • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Process for Returns with Refund:

  • Contact our customer support team at beyhavenmfb@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the criteria for a refund, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that Beyhaven reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet the specified criteria or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
